In the penultimate league fixture of the season, a hard fought 80 minutes ended honours even, with the points shared. The vital two points gained by the Marrlequins saw them move to top the league and set up a season deciding match on 1 December when they travel to play second placed Dumfries. While Marr hold a five point advantage the home side will provide a significant challenge. On Sunday they crushed East Kilbride 86-3 and when the sides meet at Park Farm, will aim to prevent Marr getting any result that will offer them the vital points to secure the title.
